Bazindo offers classic board games — offline against computer opponents and online against other players. The closed beta is provided free, by invitation, and may change or end at any time. No real-money play, wagering, or paid prizes exist anywhere in the Service.
You start as a guest automatically; linking an email is optional. You are responsible for keeping linked credentials private. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
No cheating (including computer assistance in rated play), no harassment in chat, no abuse of the service. Chat includes report and block tools; we may warn, restrict, or terminate accounts that break these rules. Repeated timeouts and disconnects are scored as losses per the in-game rules.
Chat messages and display names must not be unlawful, hateful, or impersonating. We store match replays as gameplay records.
The beta is provided "as is", without warranties; we are not liable for data loss, downtime, or rating changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app or here. Governing law and venue: to be fixed at public launch upon legal review.
