Delete your Bazindo account

You can permanently delete your account and its data from inside the app, no email or support ticket required:

1. Open Bazindo and go to Profile (from the Home screen).
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation, then press Delete forever — twice, deliberately.

What is removed, immediately

• Your account and sign-in identities (device id, and email if linked) at our identity service.
• All your per-game ratings.
• All analytics events keyed to your account id.
• Your friends links, chat identity, and stored profile.
• Match replays are anonymized: your account id is replaced with "deleted" — the moves remain as gameplay records with no link to you.

Routine encrypted backups that may contain pre-deletion data age out automatically within 14 days.

Can't access the app?

Email ali.ys.shz@gmail.com from your linked email address and we will delete the account manually.
