Who we are

Bazindo is a classic-board-games app (the "Service"), operated by its developer ("we"). Contact: ali.ys.shz@gmail.com.

What we collect — and what we don't

Bazindo is guest-first and pseudonymous. We do not ask for your name, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers, and the app contains no advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.

• Account: a random account id, a random device id, an optional display name you choose, and — only if you opt to link — your email address (stored by our identity service to let you recover the account; never used for marketing).
• Gameplay records: match results, move history (replays) and per-game ratings, keyed to the pseudonymous account id.
• Usage analytics — exactly six event types: session start, session end, match start, match end, account created, and app-error reports (message text only). Events carry a random install id, the pseudonymous account id when signed in, platform, and app version. No advertising ids, no location, no contacts.

Where your data lives

All server data is processed and stored in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany) and encrypted in transit (TLS).

How long, and how to delete it

Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app: Profile → Delete account — see the deletion page for exactly what is removed. Routine encrypted database backups age out within 14 days.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age your country requires for data consent), and we knowingly collect no child data. The closed beta is limited to invited adult testers.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data: use the in-app deletion for removal, or email us for anything else. You may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
